Yes. If you are on your phone, you can screenshot the listing and upload that image directly. The source-photo step is meant to support the real mobile workflow instead of assuming you have already downloaded a file to a computer.

Often, yes. Public listings can sometimes import photos directly into the Studio. Results depend on the marketplace and how the listing page is built, so screenshot upload is still the fastest fallback when a platform blocks clean imports.
