FlipScope360 is operated by Summit 28 LLC. These Terms of Use apply when you use the website, planning workflow, account tools, AI previews, credit features, product links, and any related services.

FlipScope360 is designed to help with furniture flip planning, finish previews, project estimates, supply organization, and resale decision support. AI previews, buy ceilings, supply recommendations, labor estimates, resale ranges, and workflow notes are planning aids, not guarantees of profit, resale value, product performance, safety, or finished results.

You are responsible for confirming the condition, measurements, repairs, safety requirements, product fit, pricing, availability, local rules, and final decision to buy, refinish, list, or sell a piece. You should follow product labels, tool instructions, ventilation guidance, protective-equipment requirements, and applicable laws when doing physical work.

You may not upload content you do not have the right to use, upload sensitive personal information, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the service, or use FlipScope360 for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity. You remain responsible for the photos, notes, listing details, and other content you submit.

Free access currently includes 3 image credits for testing the workflow. Free access is intended for one real trial of the Studio and may be limited, blocked, or reviewed if activity appears automated, abusive, duplicative, or designed to avoid paid use.

Paid monthly plans currently include Studio at 25 monthly planning previews, Studio Pro at 60 monthly planning previews, and Business at 125 monthly planning previews. Monthly credits refresh each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits may roll over only up to one additional month of your current plan allowance, so Studio can carry up to 25 rollover credits, Studio Pro up to 60, and Business up to 125.

Credit bundles are available only to active monthly members, are intended for temporary project surges, and expire after 12 months unless the checkout page states otherwise. Credits are used only for successful eligible AI image previews. Failed generations should not consume credits. Saved-project limits, feature access, rollover rules, credit bundles, and plan terms may change as the product evolves, but current plan terms will be shown on the pricing or checkout page before purchase.

Subscriptions, billing, payment collection, checkout, customer portal access, cancellations, invoices, tax calculation, and payment method management may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. See the refund and cancellation policy for additional billing details.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. FlipScope360 may suspend or limit access if account activity appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, technically harmful, or inconsistent with these terms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlipScope360 is provided as-is and as-available. Summit 28 LLC is not liable for lost profits, project losses, purchase decisions, resale outcomes, third-party service issues, product failures, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Studio.
